World slowest staff, chatting joking around but not helping.
very bad customer service
This Woolworths is basic but usually has what you need. Last visit it was clearly understaffed. No shopping trolleys in the collection bays, many shelves empty especially in veg department.
Tonight i asked ( after being ignored for some time) staff, if they had quince paste. The response-“is that like tooth paste”! The range is poor, well overpriced, & the staff have no idea about customer service ( or what their products are).
