Monday nights are bad don’t go. The staff member that a girl was okay but the other staff either flat out ignored me or were already packing up 2-3 hours before closing and we’re busy and preoccupied to attend to customers. They made this lady wait for ages at the checkout and flat out ignored her when she tried to seek assistance or signal for help on the checkout machine and when the lady asked for a trolley she waited a really long time before she ended up giving up and using one of the staff trolleys to wheel out her hea... read more
Avoid Monday nights. I’m a regular shopper. Usually it’s good but tonight was horrific. Staff were more focused on closing two hours early than helping customers. A worker stocking shelves refused to move his trolley so I could access the shampoo and conditioner section, leaving me standing there waiting for 15 minutes till I could access them. There were no shopping trolleys available at the entrance and only one in the store that one of the staff were using to fill with empty boxes, so I had to carry heavy bags around the ... read more
