Awful experience here today after being abused by a very aggressive staff member who said her name was Lily. I asked where the bread was and she grunted and pointed to the back of the store. As we left she approached me and was aggressive about my service dog and demanded he be removed from the store despite having his vest on. Truly shocked by the behavior of this staff member, I was shaking as we left.
