Its my 2nd home because everything I need are almost there, and just right down from my accommodation.
Everything seems to be 50cents more expensive than a normal store. Their in-house coffee is probably the worst I've had. The only nice thing about the place is the friendly staff. Very polite and courteous.
Tried to get a quick morning pastry on Saturday. There was not a single one to be had. Where’s the stock? With the iced coffee prices a whole dollar more expensive than usual, this store has a whiff of a short-sighted failing franchisee who is happy to make false economies that ultimately alienate customers. Needs to prioritise customer service.
I ordered large double shot latte this morning but I could only taste hot milk.... very dissapointed and ruined my morning...
