I shopped at woolworths at the Q super centre last saturday. I was very disappointed that multiple items that I was shopping for were not available and then to get to the checkout and find only 2 counters that were open that were not self serve on a very busy saturday. The lines were long for those with large full trollies and I dont think the self serve lines were much better. This supermarket was clearly understaffed for a saturday and I will be avoiding it in future for a different store where the stock levels are better ... read more
I dont usually do reviews, however, I feel this must be bought to the attention of the store. I usually come in to so my weekly shopping on Monday’s, however the last few weeks there have been no trolleys to speak of when I have arrived. It appears a few other customers are sharing my confusion at the front end and checkouts. How are paying customers expected to get their weekly, bigger shops, when there are no trolleys to aid them. I am going to come prepared next week with a Coles trolley just in case 🤞
Click and collect is absolutly hopeless. Usless service and staff.
