For the past 3 weeks i have had numerous issues with my orders beginning with the wrong items in my order, then given a completely different persons order then today i had only received half my order! Trying to get ahold of customer service is like herding cats. Really disappointed.
Bunch. Asked me to take photos and report on Mermaid Waters Woolworths. This is a clean store with great staff, lots of free parking. There is one young man at this store who is the absolute best. He always helps with a big smile. He is very easy on the eye too! 9
Hi Bella I wanted to share my recent experience with YOU, as it left me extremely disappointed. When I asked Bella for help finding a product, I was simply pointed to an aisle rather than being assisted directly. After searching and still not finding what I needed, I mentioned this again at checkout. The response was ignored. There was no sense of care, no smile, and no real effort to help me as a customer.
