Update. It should not be so hard to train staff to know there job. Went through self serve and the junior staff member was overwhelmed by everyone wanting her help. So she disappeared into the express registers area and was replaced by a more mature staff member. This meant more waiting for the silly promo bricks. Woolies needs to support their staff by training them properly and not throwing them into the chaos of the 5.30 rush on a long weekend. Had the displeasure of encountering the night fill employee, Carol. A rough angry and all round horrid person, I feel truely sorry for her coworkers that have to put up with her every day and night, this is NOT a good look for a Woolworths store.
