This happened on 18 September 2025 around 10:15 AM. A discounted item marked and scanned were different. I asked a nearby staff member for help, but she told me to go take a photo of the price myself. She didn’t assist and continued chatting in Hindi with another staff member. Later, she claimed she had asked the manager—but I saw no effort to do so. Very unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Staff shouldn’t be chatting in another language and ignoring customers while on duty.
The staff is great. I always do my direct to boot order from this shop and they are always on time and extremely helpful. A big thank you to Isaac for being so kind and helpful with my shopping.
Loved, Opened till late and big parking lot.
