The staff put my brother & I in an unsafe position by there lack of knowledge of their own policy. My brother and I went during cyclone Alfred when there were restrictions in place and were within our limits, the staff member singled us out, tormented us, got 5 staff to come and stare directly us while 3 customers yelled at us to support there lack of understanding their own policy.
