Completely unacceptable conduct by a staff member. This was my first visit and will absolutely be my last. At least four items were clearly placed under a reduced-price label, which is the store’s responsibility. When I raised this at the checkout, the staff member refused to acknowledge the pricing error and instead accused me of deliberately manipulating items and lying. A family member went to go into woolies today to get some fruit and veg due to my partner and I falling sick ...only for the stock being ridiculously limited and not fresh at all, we will now being going to coles for future shops.PICK UP UR GAME ...THIS IS NOT A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY.
Had a beautiful experience while shopping the manager offered a free Christmas present for my two children they got to pick out a gift! Such a lovely gesture by the store, merry Christmas to all the staff!
In general the staff are friendly and helpful but the younger lot that manage and re-stock the shelves in the later part of the day are unprofessional - they leave waste lying around everywhere.
