Good customer service
I had an encounter with a staff member at the self-checkout area of Marden WWS around lunchtime today. He was a middle-aged man. I had issues scanning items twice, and both times he came over promptly to help. However, he didn’t say a single word the whole time. At first, I thought he might be non-verbal, but later I noticed him speaking to other staff. I do not shop here often as I am very, very dissatisfied with the checkout service over many months - they only have one manned checkout - and last night I got called rude for requesting another checkout be opened. Woolworths standard of service has fallen so much over the past 50 years!
