The staff at Woolies Marayong were so pleasant. I asked for help in the Fresh Produce section, and Joe came over. He was very polite and explained that they were out of coriander. I was a bit disappointed, but a few minutes later I saw Joe looking for me with a fresh box of coriander in hand. He told me he had been searching the store to make sure I got it. My mum was so happy, and it really made our day. Thank you, Joe — you are a real asset to customer service. Keep up the great work!
