Beware of buying avocados - I bought 5 that were packaged together on sale for $4.50 and they were all black inside!!
The quality of meat has been going down in recent years, but this is absurd. 20 dollars for two scotch fillets, pan fried, medium rare. Tough as boots. More what you would expect from rump. Not just this shop, but since complaints go nowhere at least shouting into the void offers some relief. Gonna find a butcher.
Such a lovely cashier !!! Bhanu was professional, soft-spoken, friendly, thorough and patient. He handled everything with care and made the whole checkout feel effortless. Juggling it all with a sincere smile on his face. Bhanu deserves a promotion, a pay rise, and maybe even his own fan club. Woolies, take note — this gem of a human is management material.
