You take your life in your hands using the parcel pick up point after my experience yesterday, and on numerous other occasions. The trolley car person is often parked in front of the bays causing frustration among a lot of people. Good luck! I won’t use this store again for pick up. The other option is Southside where you have to collect from in store. We really are the poor cousins in Gympie.
