Simple call to see if they have a product in stock or if it's still out of stock, gave me the run around, on hold for ages, phone picked up then hung up twice, and eventually stopped taking my call. The bakery, Bianca, and some other lady are absolutely useless for simple tasks.
Normally good shop. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by staff witnessed yesterday. One staff member (later discovered to be the Online MANAGER!) screaming at another staff member across a counter about something that appeared to be a small mistake. Something not substituted? I've shopped at this store multiple times and witnessed this same manager being an absolute prick to their staff. How is this tolerated and allowed in todays society? How does this woman still have a job?
