I have shopped at Macquarie for over 30 years. My usual routine is shop at other small shops first and Woolworths last stop so I can unload heavy groceries directly into car and go home. It’s a more efficient way to shop. On Thursday, I got a Woolworths trolley but was told I cannot use it unless I was going directly to into Woolworths first. 今天上午11点左右在本Macquarie center woolworh超市的经历真是让人觉得痛苦不堪,简直不像一家大超市。这个Woolworh 服务台有个稍矮胖的亚裔女性服务员, 后自称是service manager,服务态度极差。由于在自助柜台付完款后没有收到应该有的积分,所以找了服务柜台的服务员，本想去解决问题的。但是没想到这个店员上来就态度蛮横, 说积分不会马上反应出来很正常。我解释平时每次都是付完款直接在收据上会显示活动积分,可这次没有显示。她自称自己是service manager, 她对此问题非常有经验,不需要质疑她说的。当我要求能否取消之前的交易,重新再购买一次时,她显得非常不高兴, 对着我大吼大叫,如果你要这样做,那后面的人都得排长队等我,我问她能否让服务台另一位工作人员帮忙时(当时这个工作人员只有一个客户需要服务), 她表示拒绝。当她完成重新购买时,积分立即显示出来了。她并未对此事做出任何解释或道歉，最后我离开的时候她表现的非常傲慢无礼,让人无法理解这个人居然是service manager.
