Not sure if automatic gates function correctly at this location. I purchased my items at the self-checkout, retained my receipt and was denied exit by the gate. The store was very quiet and I used a Woolworths bag to store my groceries. If this is the new normal here I will not be coming back. It feels a bit humiliating to be treated like a criminal when you have done everything right by the store.
This people kick high school student on hot day who are dehydrated and wont let them go get cold water for cheap a joke of a place
Worst attitude from Click and collect staff
New staff especially old ladies are bit rude and arrogant. By doing self checkout you are working for them and then after facing some problem with kiosk you dont expect rude behavior from the staff.. coles staff is way better when dealing with customers.
