I have reported about the expired kids sunscreem and returned the product 2 weeks ago.Today i was shopping there again and saw the expired products were still in shelf.Do they even check product expiry date in store?
Majority of the time have to wait at the front desk for ages to be assisted. On 20 July, I waiting and watched numerous staff members walk past and not assist whilst waiting at the front desk.
On Sunday morning I had such a great experience with a lovely staff member named Lisa. I was looking for a specific product I had seen on TikTok, and she went above and beyond to help me track it down. She took the time to actually go and find it for me, which I really appreciated. Her kindness and effort honestly made my day. Amazing customer service!”
This place was really good at one stage now Click and collect is absolute rubbish waiting for 40 minutes I gave ten minutes notice ETA And still waited end up waiting 40 minutes
The lady that had superb customer service today was amazing. She located the potato starch straight away and was so friendly. A++
