I was waiting in aisle 12 for customer assistance near about 20 minutes and no one came, while front desk made a customer support announcement. This is really pathetic customer service at a brand like Woolworths.

I had a disappointing experience at the self-checkout. I mistakenly scanned a few items thinking the price was as displayed, but when I realised it was higher, I asked for them to be voided. Instead of helping, the staff member seemed annoyed and began questioning me unnecessarily. This was a genuine mistake, but I was made to feel uncomfortable—and the manager wasn’t any more understanding. Not the level of customer support I’d expect for a simple pricing confusion.

Frustrating Online Shopping Experience – Woolworths, Please Do Better I regularly shop online (6x a month) with Woolworths, but almost every week several of the items I’ve paid for are “unavailable.” The frustrating part?
