Woolworths in Macksville is horrendous. They are fast removing choices and filling shelves with multitudes of the same product. The staff are surly, rarely make eye contact and assume the right of way over the customer. No courtesy whatsoever. Trolleys for home delivery block your way virtually every aisle. Desperately wish Coles or Aldi would move in. Woolworths management make zero effort as there is virtually no competition. We shop at Foodworks as much as we can now. I shop at this Woolworths regularly, and I feel compelled to provide some feedback about my recent experiences in the self-service area. On multiple occasions, I have found the same team member, Sue, to come across as rude and unapproachable. In my experience, the level of customer service in the self-service area has been disappointing, and it has made what should be a quick shopping trip feel unpleasant. Very poor customer service you will stand at the smoke counter for an hour and they will just look at you why they are standing at self-serve very rude and the dark headed older tattooed woman that is in charge of self-serve is a rude arrogant old woman who does not do her job properly should be fired
