The Direct to Boot service is appalling!!! Why do some of the staff there think it’s a “Direct to back of car”??? Then get rude when they realise that you expect them to put it in the boot!?!🤬 If you don’t want to do your job complain to your manager! I am writing to advise of the disgraceful experience, regarding the conduct of Sue at Woolworths Macksville. Her behaviour was aggressively rude, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional, making us feel unwelcome and as though we were committing an offence merely by shopping.
