The demeanor of the staff working around the self service area make exiting Brisbane airport feel like a walk in the park by comparison. Clearly these people have had no training in working in the service industry in particular a middle aged caucasian male who perhaps gained his experience herding cattle.
Everything is good except the customer service at the self-checkout, specifically from a staff member named Andrew who consistently displays a rude and impatient attitude. After reading other reviews, it’s clear that I’m not the only customer who has experienced this behavior.
