I had a terrible customer service at this store on faulty sim card I purchased with them. I purchased an amaysim SIM card from this store about two months ago, but discovered it was faulty when opened. Amaysim customer service confirmd it's faulty sim and advised me one of the options is to return to the store for a replacement. Staff members treated me like an idiot, saying I installed sim incorrectly or activate it too late or even ask me to provide the proof of purchase with number of excuses to refuse to replace the SIM.... read more
