There are never any small trolleys at the front of this Woolies. I live alone so don't need to use a large one, and the baskets are bulky and a pain to use. I have submitted complaints about the lack of small trolleys but nothing has changed. The lady who normally works at self serve barely looks at or speaks to any customers. Working in service jobs is difficult and many people are awful, I know this first hand. But I have never been rude to her. The low sensory hour is a welcome change from the overbearing white lights and loud Christmas music. Seems better for shopping and for energy consumption, would love to see it implemented more across the week/ become the complete norm. Hope Woolworths Lutwyche considers it.
