My recent experience at Woolworths Lutwyche was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. While I was making my payment at the checkout, a staff member named Alka approached and, instead of politely saying “excuse me,” made rude and dismissive hand gestures for me to move aside. All sold out of condoms, instead had to use glad wrap and rubber bands
Every time.
Despite receiving a text that my online order was ready, with all items completed, I then had to wait 30 minutes while staff finished completing the order. I tried to call the store twice but the phones were switched off. The online staff were unhelpful when contacted. I wouldn't recommend using their online ordering if you're on a time crunch or rely on being told your order is ready when its not.
