I took cash out in self service and forgot to take it from the machine. When I realised it I called them and they confirmed that the cash is with them. Next day I came and they returned them to me. Thank you for caring for your customers!
Long time shopper first time poster, I’ve just gone in there today and found these 2 pack of Jalapeño and cheese croissants. I have never seen these before so I had to try them and they were so delicious! And fresh! Please do not get rid of them as I’ll be buying a packet with every grocery shop from now on!! Since when did popping in for milk or coriander require navigating a Terminator-style human-herding maze? Why can't they just ban actual shoplifters instead of treating every paying customer like a fugitive? Between the staff giving me the judgmental "look up and down" just because I'm carrying bags from price-comparing elsewhere, and the bottlenecked exit hazards, the whole experience is humiliating.
