Staff are often rude, particularly the senior woman in the express checkout area and her manager. Fruit and veg regularly rotting or mouldy. Bakery area often in disarray. Sales tickets are left on shelves after items are no longer on sale, causing further inconvenience at checkout. Then when you bring this to attention you are treated as if it is YOU inconveniencing them. When I moved into the area over 3 years ago I was very impressed but it has gone backwards Drive thru pickup a joke - yes I complained but a free couple of items aren’t enough to correct what is still wrong, don’t have signs up saying into boot but are told I’m too busy by a staff member, this week I just didn’t want to drive so fast but no my mistake 2 Large coffee milks had only 2 days to expired Yes I should be shopping with my glasses on I admit my trusting mistake What is the answer More staff and Mangement taking more ... read more

This review is dedicated less so to the Woolworths itself, and more so to the lovely lady Di behind the deli counter who shaves and packages prosciutto with the kind of care and attention you’d expect from an Italian who’d just spent the past 18 months curing the meat themselves. We’ll only ask Di to cut the prosciutto, she has the knack required to teach her own masterclass. Keep being awesome Di! We look forward to enjoying our next beautifully thinly sliced prosciutto from you!

Very disappointed with our experience at Lucas Woolworths yesterday. We spent nearly $500, including a few gift cards. My five-year-old was so excited about the Ooshies and I simply asked if my kids could each have one to make their day. Unfortunately, the request was declined right in front of them, the lady didn’t have that customer service to give one each to the kids. I bought several boxes of chocolate bars that were on special. I was then told that I could only buy one box, so I accepted that and returned the rest without arguing. After paying, I simply asked the lady named Jess for a receipt. Instead of helping me, she told me to print it myself using the Woolworths app. Her attitude was rude, dismissive and completely unprofessional. Asking for a receipt is a basic customer request.
