I bought several boxes of chocolate bars that were on special. I was then told that I could only buy one box, so I accepted that and returned the rest without arguing. After paying, I simply asked the lady named Jess for a receipt. Instead of helping me, she told me to print it myself using the Woolworths app. Her attitude was rude, dismissive and completely unprofessional. Asking for a receipt is a basic customer request.
