I was generally happy with Lucas Woolies, until they stopped selling a product that I use for my diet. They do not sell anything else that is it's equivalent. I prefer to shop at Coles because they still have it
Woolworths Lucas is a decent local supermarket with most of the essentials you’d expect. It’s convenient with a solid grocery range and easy parking. The store is fairly clean and well organised, The bakery and deli could do with some improvement. Service can be a bit hit and miss. I once had a nasty experience at the deli and the lady supervisor had to be called around to sort it out. My visits to Woolworths Lucas have waned with time. Overall, handy but fairly average!
Helpful smiling staff answered questions. Checkout fast and courteous. Home delivery pickers also very helpful and friendly.
I felt like I was followed around the store and then served by a lady named "Bec" who made my whole shopping experience feel like I wasn't welcome . Her demeanor and attitude were noticeable that she didn't want to be there and the way she took it out on her customers is unforgettable unfortunately. Overall a horrible experience 😔
