I visited this store late Sunday afternoon of 9th November. I am absolutely disgusted to see that EVERY register (except for express) consists solely of self-serve counters. The newest few of these have the conveyor belt system, like regular registers. I stood at the express counter and waited almost 5 minutes to be served! 2 staff (including a store manager) were chatting with one another whilst I waited.
