Click and collect line up worse than a Maccas drive thru after Thursday night late night shopping. Multiple times I've waited 20+ minutes with one staff member serving one car at a time and waiting up to 5 minutes between cars driving off to serve the next one. Watched the girl bring out a trolley that wasn't for the first car in the line...ask the next car? Nah, that makes too much sense.
