The lady working at the direct to boot this morning was horrendous. Rude, pushed the trolley into my car aggressively, when I said there is no need to be rude she became confrontational. All these signs & notices around your stores about abuse verbal or physical towards staff will not be tolerated. How about abuse to customers not being tolerated also. No need for the way they behaved at all.
