Great place staff decent
I was at your seafood counter and asked a staff member for a kilogram of skinless salmon. I pointed to a specific piece, but the staff member (I believe his name was Scott) said they couldn't fulfill that request. They then proceeded to give me a different piece of salmon entirely. As a customer paying for a specific product, I expect my request to be accommodated, or at the very least, a clear explanation as to why it can't be fulfilled. This lack of customer service was disappointing.
Woolworths Canningvale has consistently been a reliable and well-stocked supermarket. The store is clean,well-organized and easy to navigate making shopping a smooth experience. Staff are friendly, helpful and quick to assist if you need help finding something. Checkout is usually efficient, with both self- serve and staff registers moving quickly even during busier hours. Highly recommend woolworths Canningvale for your weekly grocery run or even just a quick top-up shop 😀
