Regular customer here. Felt extremely singled out and pretty offended that I was the only person who was asked to have their bag checked. I understand that having a bag is a red flag, but a store full of employees should be able to monitor customers and if you look at the security footage, I gave no reason to come across as potentially sketchy, and this is coming from someone with extensive experience in customer service, hospitality and retail alike. Shopped at woolies Livingston and put some party pies in my trolley. Big Mac brand as they were $7. Went thru checkout and they said no they are $10. I said no they are not there is tags saying the price. She had someone go check and they said they were $10 as tags in wrong spot. I said no dont want them when I can buy a party aizefor$14.
