Very rude staff. Brought a large trolley into self check out with my arm in a cast and struggled to serve myself with no offer of assistance
I had a very interesting encounter with an older lady today who worked the front service desk tonight at around 8pm (20th February for technicality). Not only were you not ‘actively’ listening to me, nor handling the situation in an ‘empathetic’ manner, you proceeded to “mimic” me in the heat of the moment, which I think, could have been avoided.
