When shopping at lilydale Woolworths at 12.05pm on Sunday we were quietly scanning our purchases through the self scanners. Then we were at the end of our transaction the self scanner attendant had the audacity to tell us to put the basket back into its spot while she’s doing absolutely nothing. What’s happened to customer service that Woolworths are known for. Friendly, assisted enquire about an online item, sent to Lotto Village. Unsatisfactory was I called online and gave up after 10 minutes thus drove to Woolworths.
We just did the last minute dash for Easter eggs and Kate at the register was amazing, helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Thanks Kate. Happy Easter.
