I do a weekly shop every Friday morning, and there is never enough registers open. Average of 4 full trolleys waiting in each line. When I can finally attract someone's attention, and they grudgingly request another colleague to open a till, I receive eye rolls and disdain. But from my fellow frustrated shoppers, I receive thanks and gratitude. I'm a retired Retail Manager of over 20yrs and since self-checkouts were introduced, service disappeared. I always find the staff here very helpful. Josh from the dairy department went out of his way to assist me with some milk inquiries and the lady who was working at the register was very helpful as well.
The service was excellent
best woolies, love this girl who serves me at night on a wednesday.
