Very popular and busy area
It’s no wonder why Woolworths profits are down and Coles and Aldi are up. The shopping experience at Woolies is terrible. As you enter, you need a gold coin to get a trolley, however all the trolleys are half sized with no child seats. So you get a basket instead. As you shop with one hand holding the basket, the other hand is used to pull your kids out of danger as the customer is now the obstruction in the store with the number of pallets and shelf stackers zooming around. Good store and good customer service
no response for direct to boot have to wait sooooooooo long
I made an online order and chose to pick it up in the parking lot, but I waited for more than 20 minutes. While waiting, I asked the staff what happened, and she said they would bring it to me, and she gave me the order and went without saying anything. I felt that there was no basic manners for customers.
