Excellent and kind service from the young man Rafi. I asked him about the location of a product as I couldn't find it. He kindly walked me to the aisle and took it down for me as I couldn't reach the top shelf. Thanks for going above and beyond.
My experience with Woolies Lidcombe was quite good usually and today there was a staff at the self check out and she was really helpful as i was trying to find my digital rewards card then she advised to download the app and even more points to activate boost points through that. She explained key features in easy way and I could down load and use it on the spot. This is somewhat Above & Beyond attitude. So professional and friendly customer servics.. Her name was 'Raveena' from her name tag. Good on you Woolies Lidcombe !
Changed sale items from tuesday morning. Couldn’t recognise which one is sale or not
Very average for a Woolies. Not a good range of salads and fruit. Felt like a woolies metro has more range but in half the space...
