Never have complete stock. I always need to go back and check on stock . Poor customer service
First time ever there but was a great variety of stores & a food court.
Worst service for click and collect. On average an hour and a half wait when told it’s ready. I changed to White Box Rise Wodonga Woolworths and the difference in service is miles apart, a credit to the company. I made the huge mistake of giving Lavington one more chance. Never again. 2 hours and 10 minutes and still waiting!
5 self serve for cash. ridiculous waiting around letting everyone go ahead of you because there is no cash register available. not efficient or quick which is the purpose of self serve. all should be cash & card
Direct to boot order is crap, staff never get it out on time and dont know where your order is. But its also your fault if you go in lookjng for it and they magically went outside looking for you
