I would give 0 stars if that were an option. The staff at Woolworths Lara were extremely rude during my visit on Tuesday. I was waiting at the checkout to pay for my shopping, and although there were around four staff members nearby, no one seemed willing to assist. After waiting for quite some time, I was finally served by a staff member named Lincoln. Words cannot describe how upset I feel after my experience at Woolworths Lara tonight. I’ve been shopping here regularly for about 2 years now, and I’m contemplating it being the last. I’m not usually one to complain AT ALL, but poor management, customer service and verbal abuse from Mel, the “duty manager”has genuinely made me shaken and scared to return.
