Dont have a toilet
Really nice shop but I am 70 years old ! I had to do a big first shop for my new house . $300 + . No check out open . Had to put it all through self service and bag it all . You spend so much in these supermarkets markets and they don’t care about their customers at all . I dare say their shareholders may be happy.
I am giving the store one star, not for the staff or efficiency. But I am rating it for the cleanliness of the store, escalators and underground carpark that is owned by Woolworths. The whole premises needs a deep clean as it looks like it hasn't been done for months. Dust and filth everywhere. Very off-putting since it's a food store.
Nice, roomy store. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful. A more pleasant shopping experience than other nearby stores, both Woolies and the opposition.
while visiting the Lara store I was over whelmed by a bad body odour smell , at first I wasn't sure what the smell was but it was made clear when the shelf stacker came closer to me who it was. when working in a food service and around customers this is un acceptable. it is not difficult to wear deodorant. I felt physically ill when leaving the store it was terrible !!!
