Very friendly and helpful staff. Love saving with my rewards boosters plus it's a great place not only to shop but love to work.at.
Visited Woolworths Lansell today. Collected quite a large trolley of groceries. Queued at a register for quite some time while the older lady manning the register and her customer stood chatting. Obviously unable to put groceries through while she talked! We waited quite some time without any acknowledgment whatsoever. We ended up walking out without our groceries. Some people do have other important appointments. I found this particular employee to be quite rude. Will not shop here again!

Tuesday 28/1 at 1pm and the two middle aged female staff members (the only ones on checkouts at the front of the store) are standing there talking to their friends and drinking Pepsi at the registers. My daughter and I walked in to grab a quick drink from the front checkout fridge before heading home on a bus; which they would have seen if they were doing their job and not chatting.
