I went to this woolies to buy veggies. There was no barcode on bunch of spring onion, asked for assistance, guided me to search the item. I searched on their machine, only displayed organic spring onion which was $4.80, paid amount and realised the one I grabbed was $2.80. Went to manager and asked the discrepancy and also raised the concern that machine only shows organic onion. He has no interest on my feedback but rushing to refund my $2 and get away. Last time visiting this woolies.
