The pickup service is consistently poor. The delays make it more of an inconvenience than shopping in-store. Meaningful improvements to the service over a $5 offer would be preferred.
Used to have great customer service… but now not. One check out with 10 in queue.
The extremely rude attitude of an elderly lady at the front counter shocked me. I can’t believe Woolworths would have such a rude employee. A truly disgusting experience.
Not impressed with their ongoing escalator problems.
