Had one of the most horrible experiences this morning at your store in Lalor. Firstly, trying to find items in the isles is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Why is everything everywhere? Disorganised and confusing. Nuts in two different areas. Yoghurts also. Cheeses also. Not to mention shelves are messy and not stocked. Today (23rd February 2026), I visited Woolworths Lalor at approximately 9:54 PM. The store’s closing time is listed as 10:00 PM on Google Maps. However, I was denied entry by the security guard at the entrance, who informed me that the store was already closed. This was quite disappointing, as I arrived before the official closing time and expected to be allowed inside to make a quick purchase.
