hello, id like to come on here and make a good review, however unfortunately my experiences cannot warrant a good review. i receive judgemental stares as if im a thief, my respectable 17 year old son goes in there after school with his friends, and gets followed continuously. Even when I send him into get milk for me while I wait in the car he gets racially profiled because of his darker skin tone... I am very disappointed with this establishment , please train your employees correctly for the foreseeable future.
Lady by name of gurpreet needs to know how to treat and respect customers. Neither she greet neither she serves politely, if we ask for assistance she makes annoying face, it wasnt with me, i noticed she does with everyone. Even every customer has a same problem with her.

AI Phone receiving needs to be removed from this store as I can't ever get past it to contact Bakery. I do all my ordering at the Lakeside Bakery as they are very helpful & can achieve my big orders for various Community Groups Such as Men's Shed Koo Wee Rup, RSL Koo Wee Rup & Lions Club Koo Wee Rup. I have just spent the last half an hour redialing trying to get through to Bakery, & I Can't get past the AI Assistant. " NOT AT ALL HAPPY" PLEASE GO BACK TO A REAL PERSDON ANSWERING THE PHONE "PLEASE"....
