Ist time lake haven click and collect not a sign anywhere to direct you where to go, finally asked the car wash and they directed me. No parking so asked the trolley guy who was no help whatsoever tried phoning shop no answer. Fed up I park and head up to woollies, but tried to phone again this time got a very rude person on the phone and told me if you can't get into the bay area go up and pick it up. I usually love shopping at this store ~ the staff are super friendly but the air-conditioning is set to cold 🥶 if they could just adjust the setting so my hands are not freezing cold by the time I reach the check out~ I'm sure the staff would probably appreciate it too, I'm only in there so 1/2 hr & I'm freezing 🥶 . Please please please adjust the thermostat

At self serve today 5 registers needed assistance at once due to big brother thinking something was left in the trolley. Nobody were stealing from your billion dollar corporation Woolworths. Stop your spying and stop making people feel stalked. We all waited at least 10 minutes while the poor staff member was trying to keep up with this and when she called for help the other staff member was rude, did not have her own tag log in so took the other staff members which held her up from helping anyways. 🙄
