horrible customer service and workers there are so rude
The old lady with a blond hair is so rude and accused me and my friend of stealing just because we were holding a bag with our jumper inside straight after school. She even had a security called on me and my friend even thought we paid for our drink and had the receipt. If she wanted to make sure we're not stealing she should've atleast ask to check our bags because we would be more than happy to show her that we didn't take anything without paying it.
Very disappointing customer service at Woolworths Kwinana. The staff member at the service desk was rude, ignored me while I was waiting, and even spoke disrespectfully to a colleague who asked her to serve me. When I tried to explain a payment issue, she was dismissive and said she was “doing me a favour.” Completely unprofessional and not the level of service I expect.
If I could no stars I would. What a disgrace of a store. There had been a full bottle of coke spilt and I'd seen 3 staff members walk past it. Boxes and rubbish everywhere. Very sad
