Woolworths Kwinana does not have a customer service....cannot talk to anyone... they just don't answer the phone.... tried for more than an hour ...no response.... will not shop there again...Coles will be my next store for my shopping....
The staff for the most part treat you the way you treat them But these Self-Service Checkout's are "NOT" Wheelchair friendly. Only x4 out of x20 checkout machines are better to use but it still fails 90% out of 100% everytime. 1/ The ATM card reader cord to Short for wheelchairs makes me overstretch passed wheelchair safety & try not to break the cord trying to pay. 2/ Due to overstretch I can't cover the keypad when paying, anyone near me can see my bank card pin number when inputting. 3/ My Arm Always Gets Injured due to t... read more
