I bought something yesterday and took it home to discover it expired in April. It is impossible to raise a complaint online without communicating with a chatbot, when I wrote "expired" it Presumed i was talking about an expired credit card. The customer service line had no prompt for complaints /refunds. Stupid modern systems that don't work.
