Had a really poor experience here yesterday unfortunately. I was offered $30 off to do a direct to boot shop, however I sat in my car for over half an hour for my delivery to not come. I ended up going inside where they told me that they couldn’t come outside and that my groceries were ready to be picked up at the front counter! I just wish I had known to come inside and not waste half an hour on a Sunday afternoon sitting in the car park! Had a really good experience with Sue here today who spent a lot of time with us explaining the self-scan system using the trolley devices. She also helped me at the end of the shop with a product issue we had. Really attentive & caring. Made sure we were very well looked after so thank you Sue! We need more Sues in customer facing roles.
