Convenient weekly grocery shopping in Westfield Knox
Well, 10/9/25 @ approximately 19:10 Knox City, Woolies you hire some really great people. Register 1 light was illuminated but didn't have a shop assistant attending. There were 3 shop assistants in the self service area chatting and laughing and having a good time. I turned to them and said, "Excuse me is this register open?" on 19 August. When delivered, both products were already two weeks past their “Use By” date (4 August). This is unacceptable for a chilled product and shows very poor quality control. Customers should not have to check for expired items in a fresh online delivery. Very disappointing and concerning from a food safety perspective.
Very big woolies.. with everything in it. Nice and friendly staff. Opens till 10pm. Great specials.
What a stand out is Tiger. (Deli) His enthusiasm, promptness and eagerness to satisfy was impressive. What an asset to Woolies!
