Have been using this supermarket for years and have never had any issues however after being away for a month I was disgusted to see that the express checkout has been removed and more self serve points have been increased. As an older person I hate using the self serve (not to mention loss of jobs) as I am not computer literate. The only alternative is get in the que with half a dozen items and wait your turn while people with full trolley's are served. How this place is still open I’ll never know Never seem to have anything Was just in customer checkout And I needed staff assistance rather than acknowledging me the dude with the mullet and the glasses flags down his coworker Excellent customer service not!!

I went to the Deli and had a short wait as there was only 1 lady (Susan) working behind the counter. She was amazing and very helpful, her service was quick , friendly and smiling.. great customer service. She is a Asset to Woolworths and would love to have her service available to all your customers. I will be returning. 5 stars
