Delivery service need to improve very poor service
One of the bigger Woolworths in the North Canberra suburbs. Can generally always find most groceries.
Worst online experience. No one available to attend online pickups. There is no supervisor or manager available to assist. I have waited over 30 minutes . I cant really understand what’s happening with the online orders department in providing assistance especially this store.
I Went to this Woolworths for a pickup order and honestly the experience was terrible. My order was showing as “ready,” but I still had to wait around like they had no idea what was going on. No communication, no urgency, just poor service overall. Really disappointed.
