The worst supermarket I've ever been to. The isles are narrow, the shop is crowded because of it. Everyone in the store blocks everyone else, customers and staff, it's terrible. The trolleys are old and all the wheels are broken and need repair. The shop layout is bad and makes problems worse. I hate entering this store and only do if I need something specific. I would rather pay more elsewhere than enter this awful cursed place.
They closed their shutters at 4:50 one day but posted time was 5pm close. Dropped rating to 1 star. No access to a assisted checkout. Not even 1. And their people are just so lazy looks like they are gossiping. What a terrible experience woolworths has turned into. Guess I will travel a few more mins to Coles in future.
Monday 11th Aug 2025 Young girl/lady (Kaytlan) there I see often Monday to Friday (Filipino ethnicity I think from her voice) who looks clean, attractive & always neat and tidy. I often stuff up on the self serve (just me not good with checkouts) like I did this morning trying to get correct mandarins scanned and she corrects things in a friendly professional manner EVERY SINGLE TIME. Woolworths give her a wage increase!! She’s a diamond
