Avoid this manager - Terrible attitude The staff members are 5-star—super helpful and understanding. But the manager is a nightmare. I was 3 mins early/late and had permission from the staff to quickly grab an item, but the manager decided to snap and take their anger out on me for no reason. It says it shuts at 9:00pm but they start shutting people out at 8:30
The staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately Woolworths is the only major grocery store in Kiama with no competition so prices are very high. So elderly residents who can't go elsewhere pay much more than they need to. We need some competition and choice!
