Was once okay shopping experience, now it's overpriced, untidy, don't go evenings as huge restocking trollies cover so much stock, good items discontinued regularly, a bit sad as staff are generally so friendly and helpful
Just your standard Woolies. The best thing about it is the 2.4 metre high clearance on the undercover parking.
My Cousin and I on 2 separate occasions had need of assistance from this Manager. We both found her to be extremely rude and unhelpful. Maybe this person needs more training of how to deal with the Public. I understand everyone has a bad day but this has happened twice now. As Woolworths is the only supermarket in Kiama, I think they need to address this problem.
