Shopping in this location is so disappointing. I have bought items that were expired (without realising) and return them, with a staff member giving me side eye during the return. Then recently I was asked not only to show my bags but my e receipt to reflect a specific item before leaving the store. A $6 item! The staff are also sneaky and try to block you from exiting the gates-which is borderline illegal. I feel like I am treated like a criminal in this store. Staff are incredibly aggressive and rude, I saw a manager making a huge scene, stalking, screaming and harassing a young woman and her children today, I can't imagine how embarrassed and afraid the customer must have been.

0 rating Woolworth in Parkmore has the worst staff! Especially the larger woman that works up front, every time I go there she will accuse me of shoplifting and demand receipts very rudely, and then talked down to me as if I was a criminal. She even called security who told me not to worry, she does this all the time. On returning a few weeks later I tried to avoid her and go to another check out and she walked up to the clerk and took over.
