I am disappointed by both the misleading pricing and the dismissive service received from management at the Woolworths Parkmore (Keysborough) branch. I encountered a Google Shopping advertisement for Jasmine Rice at half price. After following the link to the Woolworths website, it confirmed that the Parkmore store had stock available. At checkouts the items picture scanned different prices so I enquired. The first staff member Darren came over rudely stating that I must have been wrong. I asked him to show me which one was supposed to be half price, we walked over to the section and he said clearly you can see it's obviously full price then proceeded to show me something two shelves up a completely different product saying there you go that one is half price saying I should check carefully before picking the item whilst already walking away.
