Knocked into by the lady who works at the self checkout. She just smirked at me and didn’t even apologise I nearly dropped all of my shopping
Always a pleasant experience every shop here.
Really disappointed to observe the plain clothes security guards following customers around the store. Pretending to be shoppers they were scrutinising shoppers every move and followed someone outside (presumably someone they suspected of shop lifting) to take his photo for "our database". A cashier confirmed this was now to be standard practice. As an older white female I was not their target, but it was an awful experience and I won't be back
