very helpful personnel and a clean store, also good bargains
The click and collect service is chronically understaffed. There’s usually 1, sometimes 2 staff working hard to get orders out to everyone. Results in a huge queue, it blocks roads and entrance to other businesses. Allow for a good 30 minutes for click and collect (may as well go in store and do the shopping yourself at that point). PLEASE put more staff on!! You’re making billions in profit.
tell your delivery drivers to stop tailgating and beeping at us to move when WE HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN IN THE CAR. one of your international drivers cut me off this morning at a round about proceeds to then beep at me even though he was meant to give way because that’s how a round works obviously and yeah made it out like it was my fault my blinkers were on and everything. GET THEM TO RE DO A DRIVERS TEST THEY ARE A DANGER TO SOCIETY!!!
Great place friendly staff
2nd time in a month this place has me sold uncooked chicken . Great when you get home to try and get dinner ready and have to turn around and return it. No manager on site( of course) so left my details and was told they would call me first thing in the morning. Aaah no! Lee did not call. This store is a disgrace.
