This store manager has decided he wants to heard cattle instead of providing goods/services to customers under the Woolworths name. To the manager - Fix your customer flow problem, the barriers you have put up. You make the space a disaster to navigate. There is a coffee service in this Metro, but they don't seem to have a person in front of this section and the other workers are forced to make coffee for whoever wants to buy. I wonder why they have this space if the workers serve with bad attitude and rudeness especially to older people, if they do not want to work there just give the opportunity to others who do want to work.

I had a terrible experience at this store today around 2:30 PM while picking up Uber Eats orders. A staff member named Jenny (not wearing a name badge, which already breaks company policy) looked up the orders and said, “They’re not ready. They’re being picked.” I asked her for a rough estimate of how long it would take, and her response was dismissive and rude: “No, I don’t know.
