If you can get to this store, you can also get to the farmers market that happens on the street out the front every Saturday morning. Go there instead. Better prices, fresher produce, and infinitely more ethical than giving woolies your money.
Might want to mark that you’re actually closed during the cyclone Alfred updates. So people don’t drive all the way to your store, thinking you’re one of the few grocery stores open, when you’re actually not!
I've been shopping here for 3 years now and can confidently say that everything is more expensive that at any other store. Sometimes it's a clear price gouge where the marked price doesn't match the price per kg. The rest of the time though it's just cooked. I'm not gonna buy a store brand pizza for $8. I'm not gonna buy a bag of chips for $6. I'm not gonna buy 6 eggs for $11. Surprised they can still get away with this.
The staff here are very friendly. Thanks so much Jyj (or Jai, sorry for the wrong spelling) for helping me clean up the mess caused by a broken glass jar!
