Good little metro. Usually has everything you need, staff are kind. Usually use self checkouts anyways. As of 2025, items have been suspiciously been removed from shelves and no longer available. This is really annoying and infuriating being the only supermarket/Woolies in the village leaving me no option but to go elsewhere in other suburbs for items I need. Further, the staff has become less attentive and customer service has declined heavily, especially front counter staff.

Not enough staff on the counters. Sometimes loads, often just one. The parking thing is constantly breaking. And they just installed swing doors at the entrance that are a nightmare. Edit: 3 months later. Silly swing doors went away, nor back and immediately broken again. Still always one less staff member than is needed.
Prior to my previous review, I suspect the machine was faulty and it was out of action for a week. I think they fixed it. The scarf tasting coffee of ole days are gone.
