Historically I've had no issues with click and collect and my orders have been spot on. However the last 2 orders I've received substitutes for items in flavours that I do not like - I have no substitutes turned on for all items. I have also been given less than the amount of veg I paid for without being refunded the difference. And most recently I was given chicken where the use by date was the day prior to my order. Rotten food is becoming the norm with you lot. If I could add a pic I would of the disgusting rotten leb cucumbers I found at Kawana store yesterday.
DO NOT USE WOOLWORTHS KAWANA ONLINE ORDERING! - Multiple weeks in a row now the order has been delivered with items missing from the order that said were delivered. I contacted their support, only to be told that due to system limitations they could not order the missing items, and would only offer a refund. Clearly Management has system issues, and very little concern for long term customers. I have been shopping with them for over 17 years.
Today I was looking for coffee bags. It appears they aren’t sold there any more - any brand I came across Luke and I asked him if they had stopped selling them but he walked with me and said ‘let’s go and have a look’. He did find them. They aren’t in the coffee section. They’re on the other side of tea, (go figure) but it was so nice to have someone who actually took the time so thank you to Luke from Woolworths at Buddina who was very personable and helpful
