Lost me as a customer with the exit gates at the self serve. Treat us like criminals ill take my business else where.
There was a young, chopped diddyblud named Jayden who helped me find some snacks. Overall, the store is very decent.
Products are way overpriced and there is always some 'bargain' designed to confused consumers whilst they keep paying more increased prices for the same goods.
Historically I've had no issues with click and collect and my orders have been spot on. However the last 2 orders I've received substitutes for items in flavours that I do not like - I have no substitutes turned on for all items. I have also been given less than the amount of veg I paid for without being refunded the difference. And most recently I was given chicken where the use by date was the day prior to my order. I just ask that the team take a little bit more care in their selection and to actually look at use by dates... read more
