The nanager of direct to boot staff seems really lazy and spiteful. Robert slammed a trolley against my car rear panel a few months ago, walked away into the shop. Scratched my duco. I have had recent direct to boot orders delayed unacceptably by 25 minutes on saturday 12 sept and I had to walk instore, the manager ordered the nasty acting Robert staffer to get my boot order, today the staffer was so lazy that he stated that my two 30 can blocks of VB were out of stock, could not be delivered to boot.
