I just took out the wrong item from the store, but when i later on went over there to exchange it to one that i need with payment proof, the lady at counter just denied it and refuse me to neither exchange it nor refund it, so i just left out by leaving the item over there, such a disappointed act, not acceptable at all
Pretty sad state of affairs when the deli staff refuse to slice any meats at 3.30pm on a Sunday. I get that you wana go home early but last time I checked…. The store is open til 5.
I’ve tried to call the store several times for lost property, an an automated phone answers, very frustrating
