Useless staffs at check out. I was trying to get cash out for the bus and the transaction keep decline saying ‘invalid transaction’ take me a few ‘calling for assistance’ for the staff to tell me I have to insert the card. Did as per instruction, still not working many more time and the staffs just said ‘yeah idk maybe try somewhere else’ and walked away. I understand the technical issues are out of staffs control, but if you’re getting paid doing a customer service role, maybe an apology and better attitude would be needed.... read more
Nice place and able to find lot of items
Just witnessed a very abrasive female staff at the Deli this afternoon (27/7/25). She yelled at a customer to wait in front of other people when all she asked was if there was anyone serving at the Deli, she then asked the customer "what do you want?" in a very abrupt manner. It was awful to witness that.The Deli staff didn't seem ike she wanted to be there and couldn't care less. I felt sorry for the customer.
