Fresh food people! Not these moldy strawberries. I agree with some of the previous comments about staff...I said hello to the checkout girl and didn't even get a grunt from her.
appalling manners. no greetings, just a miserable angry face. i just approached the young bloke to ask for some deli meats and was met with silence, anger and disgust on his face. me and my husband were speechless.
The trolleys really need to be cleaned more regularly. The wheels are full of hair and dirt, which makes them difficult and uncomfortable to push. Please consider checking and cleaning the trolley wheels more often. It would make shopping much easier for customers. Thank you.
I experienced awful customer service from the ginger boy at the deli today. He was extremely rude and made the whole interaction quite uncomfortable. We had already been waiting quite a while to be served, and despite clearly knowing we were next, he attempted to serve another customer who had arrived well after us. Thankfully, she pointed out that we had been waiting first. He then seemed visibly annoyed and inconvenienced that he had to serve us.
