Today Sunday around 11:40, the one on the self checkout point is so rude.I went there to pick up an online order, I had some fruits that I bought from other shop. She told me that I cannot buy personal stuff while picking up what the heck, that’s not even illegal. She made me feel like I stole from them so humiliating. I bought some fruit from other shop and I didn’t have receipt and even though I didn’t have receipts, the plastic bag has the other shop name on it. If they have doubts they would have check the cameras.
Cant believe how much more expensive u guys are now. Cost of living crisis. your bags of salad used to be $5.50, now they're $6.00 and special pice at $5.50. Thats not a special, thats theft
Don't usually shop at Karrinyup but called in at this store today as we had other business in the centre. At the fast checkout we encountered the loveliest young lady who went out of her way to make us feel special. Sorry I didn't get her name. Also was given a cheery goodbye by another as we left the shop. So nice to see people who actually seem to enjoy their job.
The staff are quite friendly, I have been here regular enough that the staff can even recognize me. But some of the stores can run out very fast, probably need some improvement on the stock up.
Some staffs are not friendly specially cashier area. I come here to buy the half price product as I saw at website is being discounted. No detail if you have to buy online. Unfortunately she didnt help me at all for how to do online shopping etc. Am foreigner and tourist btw. She just ignored me.
