I visited Woolies Karingal today after lunch and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. It was very difficult to find a staff member when I needed assistance, those I did see either seemed too busy or weren’t very approachable. When I got to the cashier to process a refund, I assumed it would be simple to do it alongside my grocery payment, but the staff member was clearly upset and unhelpful, which made the situation uncomfortable.
