Around midday on Saturday, I had a very great experience in the deli with a smaller teenage boy, I believe his name was Jack. He gave me the perfect amount and did it all with a positive attitude and a big smile. Well played from the young lad, hope to see more of him in the future.
This little fella Jack, was very well mannered and efficient in the deli today providing me with the exact amount of ham I needed on the first try. Very satisfied with my shop today.
Whoever the current manager here is (the lady who helped me with my online order recently despite the fact she didn’t have to) deserves a raise! Such a friendly and fast fix of a problem I’d been trying to fix with the online team for weeks. My groceries are also always perfectly packaged and arrive on time. Thank you! ☺️
