Last straw as one of the people who missed out on the cookware scam promotion half way through the promotion and given the run around without any compensation. Would give 0 stars to all Woolworths store if I had the time. Not only do they rip customers off daily providing overpriced thawed fruit and vegetables, meat that goes off in the fridge within 2 days, treat their staff poorly, pay staff poorly they also run scam promotions and make obscene profits and gather personal information, track every movement in store then AI ... read more
I booked a delivery slot between 7am and 1pm, but my order was packed the night before. Because of this items were unavailable including fresh bread. To make matters worse my frozen items were left out of the order completely. Packing a morning order the night before defeats the whole purpose of choosing a specific time slot! Highly disappointed 😞
Smaller than coles so it's easier to navigate and specials prices on the shelf do not stand out.Staff can be rude especially the ones working at the self checkout, thats why I prefer using checkout person even if the queue is long. Not one of my favourite supermarkets.
