In relation to click and collect direct to boot, the staff here need to be educated that it is not DIRECT TO CAR but DIRECT TO BOOT! This is happening across Woolworths where staff bring out the groceries but then leave to make the customer load it into their boot themselves. There is a reason why some customers use this service due to age and disability and to just walk away is disgraceful.
I only go here to get things Coles don't sell. The amount of times my items are substituted or just not available is ridiculous. I also have found some of the staff to be rude or ignorant no one smiles in this store. They never have even just the bare essentials fresh fruit and vegetables. In my opinion just go to Coles!!!
