I was struggling with my bad back & wheelie Walker today & asked a staff member where the soap holders were, as I had had enough walking around? Not only did he offer to look for me, he suggested I continue with the other shopping list items I had. He offered to catch up with me after locating the soap container, in-store. The staff member was James. I spoke with Manager to let her know about my pleasant & positive experience with James, & he found exactly what I needed!
