Honestly the worst customer service ever. Stood waiting at the front counter. Made eye contact with the young guy serving a lady on the till. Waited patiently for him to finish. He does. Looks at me and walks to the other side of the counter out of sight. He then reappears and starts serving a new person.
This shopping centre is scary
So disappointed with the service. I got delivery here from uber but staff was not really helpful. just for one delivery they took around 40minutes. They were having barcode which shows the process not very useful at all.
’ve been a regular shopper at Woolworths Kallangur, but unfortunately, the customer service I received on Sunday, 7th June 2025 around 1:50 PM was underwhelming. I had returned to the store to exchange an item I had just purchased after realizing it had already been opened. When I approached the service desk, I noticed it was quite busy, and there were customers already being assisted at the registers.
