Visited store to drop off former staff's uniforms. Girl at customer service desk didn't know who Dionne (store manager) or Vip (Asst store manager) were or locality of a senior person. While self service staff happily joked around ignoring customers pleas in their area & a department manager joked at front of store Ended up leaving them in a trolley though I advised Annette who finally paid attention. Glad we're no longer associated with this place. Hhmm - Customer service at it's best.
Came here asking for the new monster flavor before it was even on the shelves (I must have seemed like a madman) and the staff were super helpful and got it from the back for me
